General Rules of Conduct

  • I may choose to decline some requests.

  • Payment: in USD only. 50% upfront and 50% after I let you know that your commission is done.

  • After the first half of the payment reached my end, you will receive a rough sketch.

  • After the second half of the payment reached my end, I will complete the commission and send it your way.

  • Maximum hold is 48 hours.

  • Please send payment only after I replied letting you know that I accepted your commission!

  • Commissions may take anywhere between 1 week to 3 weeks to complete, depending on their complexity.

  • Full refunds are available only in the sketching phase. If you change your mind after we agreed on the rough sketch, you only receive the last 50% of the full payment back.

  • Redraws are available only in the sketching phase. No redraws after that. First redraw is free, additional redraws come with a $5 extra fee.

  • The entire Gray Area section implies special rates (*).

  • Items marked with (*) include special rates because they might require more time and effort to complete.

  • Use the Commissions Progress button at the top of the page to to track your commission’s status.
